• Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
• Bring the part to one of our shops for inspection and processing.

Return Periods and Fees

1. Within 15 Days:

• Returns initiated within 15 days of purchase are eligible for a free return with no restocking fee.

2. Day 16 to Day 30:

• Returns initiated between 16 and 30 days after purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Condition of the Parts

1. Part Condition:

• Returned items must be undamaged and in good, resaleable condition.
• Items showing wear, installation, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Packaging:

• All original packaging must be intact and in good condition.
• Parts not returned in original or acceptable packaging may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical parts are non-returnable after installation.
• Custom-ordered or specially-requested parts are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be processed within 1-3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
